archTIS Secures $868k Contract to Expand the Deployment of NC Protect within an Australian Commonwealth National Security Agency

archTIS has secured a contract with an Australian Commonwealth national security agency to purchase additional NC Protect software licences.

The total contract value is $868,000 for software licences and support.

The agency will expand its use of NC Protect to secure information collaboration and sharing within additional branches of the agency.

Validates the Nucleus Cyber acquisition with year-to-date 2021 NC Protect related contract sales exceeding $2M, versus $500k for the entire 2020 calendar year.
archTIS Limited (ASX:AR9), a global provider of innovation software solutions for the secure collaboration of sensitive information, today announced that the company has entered a contract to further expand the deployment of NC Protect with an Australian Commonwealth national security agency (The Customer).

The contract total is valued at $868,000 to cover software license and support over a fouryear period at $217,000 of annual recurring revenue. The contract may be terminated for convenience by the Customer by notifying the Company in writing. To date and since inception, the Company has not experienced any contracts being cancelled for such convenience clauses.

This is a great result considering the merger of Nucleus Cyber was only a little more than five months ago.”
