archTIS Awarded $449K Contract with an Australian National Intelligence and Law Enforcement Agency

• archTIS secured a contract with an Australian National Intelligence and Law Enforcement agency for the deployment of technology from partner Okera’s universal data authorisation platform.

• archTIS, through its partnership with Okera, can now offer end-to-end solutions for zero-trust data access control across any organisation’s structured and unstructured data holdings.

• The total contract value is $449,570, with $241,500 of annual recurring licensing.

archTIS Limited (ASX:AR9), a global provider of innovative software solutions for the secure collaboration of sensitive information, today announced that the Company has entered a contract with an Australian National Intelligence and Law Enforcement agency for the deployment of Okera’s Dynamic Access Platform for structured data security.

For customers that need the same ABAC-based control over their structured and semistructured data, archTIS has partnered with Okera. The alliance enables archTIS to resell and provide the Okera Dynamic Access Platform (ODAP) to support enterprise, government and defence clients in Australia with the ability to securely access sensitive structured data such as records or transactions in a database.

The total contract value of $449,570, of which $241,500 is for annual recurring revenue. The contract term runs until 28 October 2021 with the option for five additional years of licensing. The contract can be terminated for convenience, but provides for payment of deliverables accepted prior to the date of termination, together with any reasonable costs attributable to the termination.
