ArchTIS Limited (ASX: AR9) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of ArchTIS Limited (‘AR9’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of AR9, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 12 November 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt
archTIS Limited (ASX: AR9)(‘Company’) requests a trading halt to be placed on the Company’s securities pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, pending an announcement regarding a capital raising.
The Company requests the securities remain in pre-open until the earlier of an announcement regarding the above, or the commencement of trade on Friday 12 November 2021.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
