Description

The securities of archTIS Limited (‘AR9’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of AR9, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 12 November 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Directors of archTIS Limited (ASX:AR9) request a trading halt be placed on the Company’s securities effective immediately, pending release of an announcement regarding a capital raising.

The Company request the securities remain in a trading halt until the earlier of the announcement or the commencement of trade on Thursday 12 November 2020.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
