ARCHTIS LIMITED – PRE-QUOTATION DISCLOSURE
archTIS Limited (ACN 123 098 671) (Company) confirms completion of the Offer by the Company pursuant to its prospectus dated 1 August 2018 replacing a prospectus dated 19 July 2018 (Prospectus) and completion of the issue of 40,000,000 ordinary fully paid shares (Shares) at an issue price of $0.20 per Share to raise $8,000,000.
CONFIRMATION OF OPTIONS ISSUES
The Company confirms that 5,000,000 unquoted options, exercisable at $0.24 each, and expiring on 6 September 2022 have been issued to CPS Capital Group Pty Ltd as lead manager to the Offer and its nominees.
