Appointment of Joint Company Secretaries

ARCHTIS LIMITED ACN 123 098 671 (ASX: AR9) (Company) is pleased to announce the appointment of Miss Erlyn Dale and Mr Winton Willesee as Joint Company Secretaries of the Company, effective immediately.

Together, Miss Dale and Mr Willesee have in excess of 30 years of combined experience in governance roles with several ASX listed companies across a broad range of industries.

Miss Dale and Mr Willesee have been engaged further strengthen the Company’s governance and compliance program through the provision of specialist company secretarial support to the Company’s Board and its existing Company Secretary & CFO.

Miss Dale holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and is an Associate Member of both the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and the Governance Institute of Australia.

Mr Willesee holds formal qualifications in economics, finance, accounting, education and governance. He is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Member of CPA Australia, and a Chartered Secretary.
