Second 100 days Campaign - "Subdrain Mieschak"

Pursuant to the communication dated March 21, 2024 of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority ("IEPFEC), Ministry of Corporate Affairs ("MICA"), the Company has initiated a Second 100 days campaign - "Subdrain Mieschak" starting from April 1, 2024 to July 5, 2024, for encouraging the shareholders to claim any unpaid (unclaimed) dividend before it is transferred to the IEPFA.

यूपी में मौसम की मार

उत्तर प्रदेश में आंधी-गुंडार, बारिश और ओलावुरी भी चर्चा से जैसे हल्का पैदा हुए, उसने एक बार फिर यहाँ दर्शाया कि मौसम की मार से बचाव के लिए एहतियात बरतने से लेकर सटीक पूर्वानुमान को लेकर तकनीकी स्तर पर अभी बहुत कुछ किए जाने की जरूरत है। राज्य के कई इलाकों में कुल्ला की राहत को तेज आंधी-गुंडार, बारिश, तिब्बती गिने और ओलावुरी एक तरह से काटा जाता रही थी और आम लोग उसमें सामने लापता धावाई जगहों पर तेज हवाओं ने भारी तबाही मनाई। कितनी ही जगहों पर भारी पेड़ उखड़कर वाहनों पर गिर गए और हाइडों के किनारे लगे बोर्ड उड़कर तेज रफ्तार से जमीन पर गिरे। करीब चौबीस घंटे के दौरान करीब चौ लोगों की जान चली गई, जबकि मैकड़ों लोग घायल हो गए। कई जिलों में दो हजार से ज्यादा गांवों में बिजली गुन हो गई। कूटार के इस काट के बाद बिहार विभाग ने राज्य के अनुतीत जिलों में आंधी, बारिश और तिब्बती गिने की आशंका के मद्देनजा पीली चेतावनी जारी की, लेकिन अफसोस की बात यह है कि पूर्वानुमान के बावजूद कई बार ऐसे हल्का पैदा हो जाते हैं, जिनमें गुंडार के बिजली गिने की घटनाएं आम लोगों पर काटा बनकर टूटती हैं। जोकि है, मौसम की अपनी गति होती है और प्रकृति में उथल-पुथल के नतीजे में ऐसे हल्का पैदा हो सकते हैं, लेकिन विशेषता यह है कि अमूमन हर वर्ष आकसक मौसम का रुख निभाएंगे और आशंका के बावजूद आम लोग इससे बचाव के लिए एहतियात नहीं काट पाते। इसका खनिज का सामन आता है कि जिन हल्का में कुछ लोगों की जान बच सकती थी, उसमें वाहक ही कई लोगों की जान चली जाती है। राज्य में मौसम विभाग के मुताबिक पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश के ऊपर बने चक्रवाती ढांचे और दक्षिण राजस्थान से आ रही हवाओं के प्रभाव से वहां कई जगहों पर अच्छी से भी निम्नलिखित दृष्टिकोण की रफ्तार से तेज हवाएं चली। नतीजतन, कई पैमाने पर जानकार का मुकाबले हुआ। कई जगहों पर न केवल घरों की छत उड़ गई, बल्कि लोगों के लिए पांच टिकाऊ भी मुश्किल था। ओटजा लगाया जा सकता है कि ऐसे मौसम में बचाव को लेकर जरूरी प्रतिधारण के अवसर का मुकाबले आम लोगों को किस स्तर पर उठाया पट्टा है। संभव है कि पश्चिमी तिब्बत के कमजोर पट्टे के साथ-साथ मौसम साफ होने लगे और उसमें बाराताराम में धीरे-धीरे बढ़ोतरी हो, लेकिन इसमें साथ यह भी सच्चाई है कि साल के इन महीनों में कई बार तेज रफ्तार से चलने वाला गुंडार और ओलावुरी कई स्तर पर आम लोगों के लिए व्यापक और और खाने का माहक बनते हैं। पिछले कुछ वर्षों में हर बार यह देखा जाता है कि एक ओर गुंडार में पेड़ या घर गिरने जैसी घटनाओं की वजह से कई लोग मारे जाते हैं, तो दूसरी ओर घर से लेकर फसलों तक को व्यापक पैमाने पर मुकाबले पहुंचता है। इससे अन्यथा, इस बात का अध्ययन किए जाने की जरूरत है कि हाल के वर्षों में बिजली गिने की घटनाओं में तेज हवाया क्यों हुआ है, क्योंकि अकेले इस कारण से भी देश भर में काफी संख्या में लोगों की जान जा रही है। मौसम में तेज उतार-चढ़ाव को रोकना भले ही संभव न हो, लेकिन उसके बचाव के कुछ मामूली उपाय काफी जानकार के मुकाबले को कम जरूर किया जा सकता है।

कोग्रेस विधायक सुमित ने पीएम व सीएम के फैसलों पर उठाए सवाल

हल्द्वानी (उत्तर सांसारवाला) : कोग्रेस विधायक सुमित झारोश ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा हैकर बनाए और मोने को खरीदारी को लेकर की गई अपील तथा उत्तराखंड सरकार द्वारा “से स्वीकार से संक्षिप्त लिए गए फैसलों पर सवाल उठाए हैं। विधायक सुमित झारोश ने कहा कि सरकार को जनता के सामने यह स्पष्ट करना चाहिए कि आखिर ऐसी कौन सी परिस्थितियां बन रही हैं, जिनके चलते इस प्रकार के निर्णय लेने पट्टा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि सरकार हैकर बनाए को लेकर लोगों से अपील कर रही है तो सार्वजनिक परिवहन और वैकल्पिक यातायात व्यवस्था को मजबूत करने की दिशा में भी स्पष्ट योजना सामने आयी चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि आम जनता के मन में यह सवाल उठ रहा है कि क्या देश किसी बड़े संकट की ओर बढ़ रहा है।

सरकार को इस विषय पर स्थिति स्पष्ट करनी चाहिए ताकि लोगों के बीच भ्रम को स्थिति न करे। यहाँ प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं में कथित पेशा लीक मामलों को लेकर भी विधायक सुमित झारोश ने चिंता जताई। उन्होंने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय स्तर की परीक्षाओं में लगातार सामने आ रही अनियमितताएं युवाओं के भविष्य के लिए गंभीर चिंता का विषय है। उन्होंने कहा कि परीक्षा प्रणाली में पारदर्शिता और विरासत बनाए रखना बेहद जरूरी है, क्योंकि लाखों छात्र-छात्राएं वर्षों की मेहनत और तैयारी के बाद इन परीक्षाओं में शामिल होते हैं। ऐसी घटनाओं से युवाओं में निराशा और असंतोष बढ़ता है।

कथावाचक पुष्पद शास्त्री की किया सम्मानित

कहपुर (उत्तर सांसारवाला) : पूर्व विधायक और वरिष्ठ कांग्रेस नेता राजकुमार तुकराम खेड़ा स्थित नव गुंडा मंदिर में प्रधानमंत्री गुरु मां कुल्हारी रूपा देवी को गुप्त तिथि पर आयोजित देवी भागवत कथा में पहुंचे। इस दौरान उन्होंने कट्टरपंथी कथा श्रवण किया और कथा वाचक पुष्पद शास्त्री से आयोजित लिया। कार्यक्रम के दौरान राजकुमार तुकराम ने कथा वाचक पुष्पद शास्त्री की नगदों नकाराकर, शान्ति ओझकर और स्मृति चिन्ह भेंट कर सम्मानित किया। इस अवसर पर तुकराम ने कहा कि गुरु मां कुल्हारी रूपा देवी जी का जीवन समाप्त बने। इसी मार्ग दिखाने और अध्यात्म को अल्लाह जगाने में समर्पित रहा। उनकी गुप्त तिथि पर आयोजित यह देवी भागवत कथा हम सभी को आत्मिक शांति और मानवता की सेवा करने की प्रेरणा देती है। उन्होंने कथा वाचक पुष्पद शास्त्री जी के मुखारविर से कह रही ज्ञान गंगा को सराहना करते हुए कहा कि ऐसे धार्मिक आचरण समाज में आपसी सौहार्द, सकारात्मकता और धार्मिक चेतना का संग्रह करते हैं। ऐसे आलोचकों से लोगों को धर्म और संस्कृति से जुड़ने की प्रेरणा मिलती है।

The Notice of Postal Ballot is also available on the website of the Company i.e. www.archidply.com, website of the Bombay Stock Exchange at www.bseindia.com and National Stock Exchange at www.bseindia.com and website of KFIN Technologies Limited at www.kfintech.com. Members who do not receive the Notice may download it from the above-mentioned websites.

A person, whose name is recorded in the register of members/list of beneficial owner as on the cut-off date shall only be considered eligible for the purpose of e-voting. Any recipient of the Notice who was not a member of the Company as on the Cut-off date should treat this Notice for information purpose only.

The members of the Company are hereby notified that:

1. The voting rights of the Members shall be reckoned in proportion to the equity shares held by them on the Cut-off date on Friday, 08th May, 2026.
2. The Company has engaged the services of KFin Technologies Limited for the purpose of providing e-voting facility to all its members on the resolution set forth in the Notice. The instructions for e-Voting are given in detail in Postal Ballot Notice.
3. The remote e-Voting period will commence on Sunday, 17th May, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. (IST) and ends on Monday, 15th June, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. (IST). Remote e-Voting will not be allowed beyond aforesaid date and time and the e-voting module shall be forthwith disabled by KFin Technologies Limited upon expiry of the period.
4. The Company has appointed CS Rajneesh Sharma, Company Secretary in whole-time practice with Membership Number FCS: 5549 & COP: 24210 as the Scrutinizer to scrutinize the e-voting process in a fair and transparent manner.

The results of e-voting along with Scrutinizer's report will be announced within 2 working days from the conclusion of the e-voting and will be placed on the website of the Company i.e. www.archidply.com and on the website of KFin Technologies Limited at www.kfintech.com. The results shall also be uploaded on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) portal i.e. www.bseindia.com and National Stock Exchange portal i.e. www.nseindia.com. The Company will also display the Result of e-voting alongwith Scrutinizer report on the Notice Board of its Registered office.
