Lapse of unlisted options and change of Directors’ Interest Notice

On 12 August 2016, Archer Exploration Limited (“Archer”, the “Company”) (ASX:AXE) issued 5,000,000 unlisted options, to Paul Rix, a Director of Archer, following shareholder approval at the General Meeting held on 5 August 2016. Each option had an exercise price of $0.15 and expiry date of 31 January 2019 (Rix Options).

Archer confirms that all 5,000,000 unexercised Rix Options have expired and can no longer be exercised.

Attached is an Appendix 3Y (Change in Director’s Interest) notice for Paul Rix noting the change in his holdings as a result of the expiry of the Rix Options.

Also attached is an updated Appendix 3B.
