Change of Director’s Interest

Attached to this letter are two Appendix 3Ys (Change of Director’s Interest) for Director, Mr Tom Phillips AM.

On the 28[th] May 2015 Mr Phillips was notified by BT Financial Group that they had, without his knowledge, sold and then subsequently re-purchased 46,064 shares in Archer Exploration Limited (AXE) held indirectly by Mr Phillips in the Tom Phillips Superannuation Fund.

Mr Phillips did not authorise the sale and subsequent re-purchase of the Archer shares and the unauthorised actions of his financial advisor does not constitute a breach of the Company’s securities trading policy by Mr Phillips.

Mr Phillips advised the Company as soon as he became aware of the transactions.
