Exercise of Unlisted Options Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act
Archer Materials Limited (“Archer”, the “Company”) (ASX: AXE ) has today issued 5,879,806 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company following the exercise of 8,800,000 unlisted options previously issued under an employee incentive scheme. The options had an exercise price of $0.1511 each on or before 31 March 2023 and were exercised pursuant to the cashless exercise facility.
