Update on iTech IPO

Archer Materials Limited (“Archer”, the “Company”, “ASX: AXE ”) is pleased to provide shareholders with an update on the iTech Minerals Ltd (“iTech”) initial public offer (“IPO”).

The IPO has opened today.

Under the IPO prospectus iTech has a Priority Offer available to Investors who are registered as an Archer shareholder on 31 August 2021, and have a registered address in Australia or New Zealand (“Eligible Archer Shareholder”). Only Eligible Archer Shareholders are able to participate in iTech’s Priority Offer under the IPO prospectus.
