Archer Materials Limited (ASX: AXE) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Archer Materials Limited (‘AXE’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of AXE, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 5 October 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Archer Materials Limited (“ASX: AXE ”, “the Company”) requests an immediate trading halt to be placed on its securities.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises that:

• (a) The trading halt is requested pending an announcement in relation to a capital raising.

• (b) The Company requests that the securities remain in trading halt until the earlier of the announcement to the market or the commencement of trade on Tuesday, 5 October 2021.
