Exercise of Unlisted Options Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act
Archer Materials Limited (“Archer”, the “Company”) (ASX: AXE ) has today issued 1,318,277 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company following the exercise of unlisted options, previously issued under an employee incentive scheme.
