Exercise of Unlisted Options Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act
Archer Materials Limited (“Archer”, the “Company”) (ASX: AXE ) has issued 830,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company following the exercise of unlisted options. The unlisted options had an exercise price of $0.1929 each and expiry of 31 March 2023.
