Archer Share Purchase Plan closing soon

The Archer Materials Limited (“Archer”, the “Company”, ASX: AXE ) Share Purchase Plan (“SPP”, “Plan”) closes at 5:00pm (AEST) on Monday, 22 June 2020.

To apply for new shares, valid applications and payment under the SPP must be received no later than 5:00pm (AEST) on Monday, 22 June 2020.

Shareholders wishing to participate in the SPP can either make payment by:

• BPay® using the reference number shown on your personalised SPP Application Form; or

• completing and returning the personalised SPP Application Form together with a cheque or money order made payable to “Archer Materials Limited”, sent to the address shown on the Application Form.

In the SPP documentation the Company stated that it is seeking to raise $3.0 million and may scale back applications if the Company receives more than this amount. The Archer board has agreed that it will accept all valid applications and that there will be no scale back in the event that the Company receives valid applications under the SPP for more than $3.0 million.

All shareholders can retrieve their personalised SPP Application Form by logging into Computershare’s Investor Centre website at www.investorcentre.com/au or contact the Company on (08) 8272 3288 if you have not received your application form.
