Lapse of Unlisted Options

Archer Materials Limited (“Archer”, the “Company”) (ASX: AXE ) advises that the 2,000,000 unlisted options exercisable at $0.245 each on or before 31/3/2023 have lapsed in accordance with the terms of which they were issued.

The Capital structure of the Company following the lapse of these options is:

Quoted Securities:

224,354,823 fully paid ordinary shares (ASX: AXE)

Unquoted Securities:

16,170,000 unlisted options exercisable at $0.1929 each on or before 31/3/2023.
