Archer Share Purchase Plan closing date extended

Over the past few days Archer Materials Limited (“Archer”, “Company”) has received phone calls from concerned shareholders who have not yet received their personalised Share Purchase Plan (“SPP”) Application Form in the post. Accordingly, the Archer board has made the decision to extend the SPP Closing Date to 5:00pm (Sydney time) on Friday, 6 December 2019 to allow extra time for all shareholders to receive the SPP Offer documents, including the personalised SPP Application Form. In summary:

New SPP Closing Date:

5:00pm (Sydney time), Friday 6 December 2019

Whilst some shareholders have nominated to receive the SPP Offer documentation by post, all shareholders are able to access the SPP Offer documents on the ASX (click here) and download their personalised SPP Application Form from Computershare’s Investor Centre website at www.investorcentre.com/au by logging in as an Existing User or clicking on ‘Access a Single Holding’ and following the instructions.

Shareholders wishing to participate in the SPP can either make payment by BPay® using the reference number shown on your personalised SPP application form or by completing and returning the personalised SPP Application Form together with a cheque or money order made payable to "Archer Materials Limited", sent to the address shown on the Application Form and to be received by the share registry no later than 5:00pm (AEDT), 6 December 2019.
