Archer Share Purchase Plan closing soon

The Archer Materials Limited (“Archer”, the “Company”) Share Purchase Plan (“SPP”) closes at

5:00pm (Sydney time) on Friday, 6 December 2019 .

To apply for new shares, applications and payment under the SPP must be received no later than 5:00pm (Sydney time) on Friday, 6 December 2019.

Shareholders wishing to participate in the SPP can either make payment by:

• BPay® using the reference number shown on your personalised SPP application form.

• Completing and returning the personalised SPP Application Form together with a cheque or money order made payable to “Archer Materials Limited”, sent to the address shown on the Application Form.

All shareholders can download their personalised SPP Application Form from Computershare’s Investor Centre website at www.investorcentre.com/au or contact the Company on (08) 8272 3288 if you have not received your application form.
