Availability of Archer SPP offer documents

Archer Exploration Limited (ASX:AXE) ( Archer or Company ) is pleased to provide shareholders with this update on the status of the Archer Share Purchase offer documents.

The Archer Share Purchase Plan Terms and Conditions will be lodged with ASX later today. Eligible shareholders will be sent a copy of the SPP terms and conditions and an accompanying personalised application form (together the “SPP documents”). The SPP documents will be despatched, and available for download later this afternoon.

The SPP documents will be made available to eligible shareholders by the following methods:

• The documents will be sent by post later today to all eligible shareholders. Archer has arranged for the documents to be sent by priority post.

• Shareholders who have previously registered to receive company correspondence electronically (e.g. annual report, notices of meeting etc.) should receive an email later this afternoon with links to retrieve the documents electronically.

• Shareholders with a Computershare ‘Investor Centre’ login will be able to login to their account online and download the documents.

There is a lot of interest in the SPP and shareholders have been calling Archer offices requesting that a copy of their personalised application form be sent to them via email. Shareholders should be aware that their personalised application form will be made available by the methods described above and that Archer will not be emailing individual personalised application forms to shareholders.
