Resignation of Managing Director - update

On 6 April 2016, Archer Exploration Limited (ASX: AXE) (‘Company’ or ‘Archer’) announced that Mr Gerard Anderson had resigned as Managing Director of the Company. There has been a steady handover of Gerard’s work and responsibilities over the past couple of months, such that Mr Anderson’s last day of work has been brought forward to today.

Archer Executive Chairman Greg English will continue to manage the Company’s day to day operations and, along with other members of Archer’s management team, implement the Company’s magnesite and graphite development strategies. The Company will look to recruit new members of the management team, as the need requires, ensuring the timely and cost effective development of the magnesite and graphite projects.

The Board of Archer would like to thank Gerard for his service to the Company and wishes him the best with his future endeavours.
