Annual General Meeting - Update

Semiconductor company Archer Materials Limited (“Archer”, the “Company”, “ASX: AXE ”) advises that due to the proposed opening of the South Australian borders the Company’s CEO Dr Mohammad Choucair and new Non-Executive Director Bernadette Harkin will now be attending the Company’s Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) in person.

Dr Choucair and the Company’s Directors are looking forward to engaging with shareholders in person. Due to the limitations of a hybrid meeting structure, the Board has decided to make the AGM an in-person meeting only (i.e. the same format as AGMs held prior to the COVID-19 pandemic). This means that shareholders will not be able to view the AGM or vote at the AGM online.

The date, time, location and business of the AGM remain the same as detailed in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 25 October 2021:

Date of Meeting: Wednesday, 24 November 2021 Time of Meeting: 10.00am (Adelaide time) Location: In-person only at: Offices of Grant Thornton Australia Limited Level 3, 170 Frome Street, Adelaide, South Australia

Shareholders who cannot attend the AGM are encouraged to appoint a proxy ahead of the AGM to cast their vote at the AGM. If you wish to appoint a proxy, please lodge your proxy online at www.investorvote.com.au.

Proxy votes must be received by 10.00am (Adelaide time) on Monday, 22 November 2021 to be valid for the Meeting. Instructions on how to appoint a proxy are on the online voting website www.investorvote.com.au.
