Information about the 2020 Annual General Meeting

Shareholders are reminded that the Archer Materials Limited (“Archer”, the “Company”, “ASX: AXE”) Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held next Monday (30 November 2020) at 10:00am (Sydney time). The AGM will be held virtually meaning that you will need to login to the appropriate website to be able to participate in the AGM. You will not be able to physically attend the AGM in person.

You should have received by email or post a copy of your proxy form which contains details on how to vote on the resolutions being considered at the AGM. Please contact the Company Secretary on (08) 8272 3288 or at hello@archerx.com.au if you have not received your proxy form or have any queries about the AGM.

You can participate in the AGM and watch the webcast online from your computer or mobile device by entering https://web.lumiagm.com/303129919 in your browser. Further information on how to participate in the AGM is provided in the Notice of Meeting (ASX ann. 29 Oct 20), and in the Virtual AGM Online Guide, which can be accessed at www.computershare.com.au/virtualmeetingguide.

You need to be registered as an Archer shareholder at 7.00pm (Sydney time) on Saturday, 28 November 2020 (“Shareholder”) to be able to ask questions and vote in real-time at the AGM. Non-Shareholders may view the AGM but cannot vote or ask questions.

While COVID-19 restrictions mean that we will be unable to hold a physical AGM, we are excited by the opportunity to engage with our overseas shareholders and those shareholders who are traditionally unable to attend our annual general meetings. We, therefore, encourage all shareholders to logon and participate in the AGM.
