Archer AGM details
Last month, Archer Exploration Limited (“Archer”, the “Company”) (ASX:AXE) notified shareholders via mail of the notice of annual general meeting, explanatory memorandum and proxy form (together the “AGM notice”), setting out the details of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (“AGM”).
Archer confirms that this year’s AGM is being held in Sydney to provide an opportunity for our east coast based shareholders to attend the AGM and to meet our CEO, Dr Mohammad Choucair, and the Archer team.
The details of the AGM (as set out in the AGM notice) are:
Date of AGM: Friday, 30 November 2018 Time of AGM: 10:30 am (Sydney time) Location of AGM: Level 11, 60 Margaret Street Sydney NSW 2000
The Company will be providing light refreshments at the AGM, hence Archer requests that shareholders who will be attending, register at [email protected] to allow the Company to confirm attendee numbers for catering purposes. It should be noted that pre-registration is not a prerequisite for attendance and shareholders who have not pre-registered may still attend the AGM.
The Company has achieved a number of significant milestones over the past 12 months and has several exciting opportunities ahead. We look forward to meeting shareholders at the AGM.
