On January 28, 2021, ArcBest ® (Nasdaq: ARCB) issued a press release announcing the approval by the Board of Directors of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share to holders of record on February 11, 2021, payable on February 25, 2021. ArcBest also announced an extension of its share repurchase program.
