ARCADIS AND EC HARRIS MERGER CLOSED
November 4, 2011 – ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the international design, consulting, engineering and management services company, today announced that it has closed the merger transaction with EC Harris, resulting in EC Harris becoming an operating company within ARCADIS. ARCADIS and EC Harris first announced the merger on October 17, 2011. EC Harris will be consolidated in the ARCADIS accounts as of November 2011.
