Strategic Hires Boost ARCADIS Global Sector Team

16 October 2013 -- ARCADIS, the leading pure play global engineering and consultancy firm, has further enhanced its global market sector leadership team in the oil and gas and financial services sectors with the appointment of three senior industry professionals.

Joining the oil and gas sector are Jim Bausano and Bashar El Jawhari who will be responsible for accelerating the development of ARCADIS' expansion in supporting oil and gas clients globally with a focus on the mid and upstream markets.

Jim has over 25 years' experience at CH2M Hill as a successful operations, business development, program and project manager supporting major capital projects for industrial and oil & gas facilities in various countries and multi-cultural environments. Jim will serve as the Oil & Gas Global Sector Leader starting in January 2014 and will be based in Denver, USA.

Bashar El Jawhari joins from Ernst & Young where his focus was on providing management advisory services to oil and gas clients regionally. Bashar will serve as the Oil & Gas Regional Sector Leader in the Middle East. He will be working closely with ARCADIS' regional oil & gas sector team to drive the business advisory focus with clients in the region. Bashar will be based in Saudi Arabia.

Manju Chandrasekhar has been appointed as the Financial Institutions Regional Sector Leader for North America. Manju also joins from CH2M Hill and comes with 20 years' global experience, including 11 years in North America with AECOM and Halcrow. Manju brings a great infrastructure and real estate pedigree that will provide a focal point for investment funds and fund market development at ARCADIS. Manju is based in New York City, USA.
