Report in Respect of Voting Results Pursuant to Section 11.3 of National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations

In respect of a special meeting of holders (" ARC Shareholders ") of common shares (" ARC Shares ") of ARC Resources Ltd. (" ARC ") held on March 31, 2021 (the " Meeting "), the following sets forth a brief description of the matter which was voted upon at the Meeting and the outcome of the vote:

• Description of Matter Outcome of Vote Votes For Votes Against 1. Ordinary resolution, the full text of which is set Resolution 199,473,865 8,129,518 forth in Appendix B to the joint management approved (96.08%) (3.92%) information circular and proxy statement of ARC and Seven Generations Energy Ltd. (" Seven Generations ") dated March 1, 2021 (the " Joint Circular "), to approve the issuance of such number of ARC Shares as are required to be issued pursuant to and in connection with a plan of arrangement under Section 192 of the Canada Business Corporations Act involving ARC, Seven Generations and the holders of class A common shares of Seven Generations, all as more particularly described in the Joint Circular.
