AVANTI SETTLEMENT RECEIVED

Arc Minerals Ltd is pleased to announce that it has now received US$625,000 from Avanti Gold Corporation ("Avanti") in full and final settlement of the Outstanding Receivable due from Avanti and Regency Mining Limited, in accordance with the binding settlement agreement announced on 11 July 2025.

These monies will be applied to progress the Company's assets and for working capital purposes.
