Virtual AGM Registration

Arc Minerals Limited invites shareholders to register to attend the Company's virtual Annual General Meeting ("AGM") which will be held at 11:00 am GMT on 16 December 2021. In consideration of the COVID-19 pandemic, the AGM will be held virtually via web conferencing and a physical venue will not be available. The Directors encourage all shareholders to exercise their right to vote by submitting a Form of Proxy as shareholders will not be able to vote at the virtual AGM.
