Notice of Virtual AGM
Arc Minerals Limited announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at 11:00 am GMT on 16 December 2021. In consideration of the COVID-19 pandemic, the AGM will be held virtually via web conferencing. Registration details for the AGM will be announced by 9 December 2021. The Directors encourage all shareholders to exercise their right to vote by submitting a Form of Proxy as shareholders will not be able to vote at the virtual AGM.
