TAKEOVER OFFER FOR GOLDLINK GROWTHPLUS LIMITED NOW CLOSED
Tidewater Investments Limited’s (“ Tidewater ”) takeover offer for Goldlink GrowthPlus Limited (“ GrowthPlus ”) closed at 5pm (Sydney time) on Friday 8[th] February 2008.
As required under ASX Listing Rule 3.3:

At the conclusion of the offer period, Tidewater is entitled to 25,144,324 shares of GrowthPlus, representing 83.81% of GrowthPlus issued capital.

Tidewater will not extend the offer further and does not intend to proceed to compulsory acquisition.
