ARC Funds Limited (ASX: ARC) – Suspension from Quotation

The securities of ARC Funds Limited (‘ARC’) will be suspended from quotation immediately under Listing Rule 17.2 at the request of ARC, pending the release of an announcement by ARC.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain suspended until the earlier of:

• the end of the period stated in ARC’s request for voluntary suspension; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

ARC’s request for voluntary suspension is attached below for the information of the market.

Re: Request for Voluntary Suspension

ARC Funds Limited (ASX:ARC) (ARC or the Company) requests a voluntary suspension under listing rule 17.2.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information:

• A Trading Halt was requested on Friday, 4 July 2025, in relation to proposed capital raising.

• The Company requests that the voluntary suspension remains in place until an announcement is made to the market in relation to the outcome of the proposed capital raising or the commencement of trading 9 July 2025, whichever is earlier;

• The company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.

• There is no other information necessary to inform the market about the suspension.
