ARC Funds Limited (ASX: ARC) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of ARC Funds Limited (‘ARC’) will be halted at the request of ARC, pending the release of an announcement by ARC.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 11 December 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

ARC’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

Request for Trading Halt

Dear Karina

In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 17.1, ARC Funds Limited (ASX: ARC) (“the Company”) hereby requests an immediate trading halt of the Company’s securities.

The Company is in the process of making and finalising arrangements in relation to a potential capital raising/placement. The trading halt is requested until an announcement is made to the market in relation to the outcome of the proposed capital raising/placement or the commencement of trading on 11 December 2025, whichever is earlier.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the Trading Halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
