Updated Appendix 3A.5
Australian Rural Capital Limited (“ARC” or “the Company”) advises that the Appendix 3A.5 lodged on 30 December 2020 contained an error at item 3.3 regarding the ex-date. The correct date is 3 February 2021 and an amended Appendix 3A.5 is attached.
The Company also wishes to advise that the Issue Date is 5 February 2021 and not 10 February 2021 as stated in the Notice of Annual General Meeting lodged with ASX on 24 December 2020.
This release has been approved by the Executive Chairman of Australian Rural Capital Limited.
