Completion of Placement

Australian Rural Capital Limited (ASX: ARC) ( the Company ) is pleased to announce the successful completion of a placement to a sophisticated investor of 1,941,936 new shares in the Company ( the Placement ). The new shares will be issued at a placement price of $0.20 per new share to raise approximately $388,000 (before costs). The investor is a client of Henslow Pty Ltd, Melbourne, who will be paid a fee for management of the Placement.

The new shares subscribed for by the investor will be allotted on Thursday 4 March 2021 and an application for quotation of the shares on ASX will be made on that day.

The proceeds of the Placement will be used as follows:

• undertaking investment opportunities;

• working capital; and

• payment of the costs of the placement.

The Company used its existing placement capacity under Listing Rule 7.1 to issue the new shares. The Company also advises that no related parties took place in the Placement.

Including the funds raised by the Placement the Company will have a cash on hand balance of approximately $680,000.
