Australian Rural Capital Limited (ASX: ARC) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Australian Rural Capital Limited (‘ARC’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of ARC, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 10 May 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

Dear Sir/Madam,

In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 17.1, Australian Rural Capital Limited (ASX: ARC) (“the Company”) hereby requests an immediate trading halt of the Company’s securities.

The Company is in the process of making and finalising arrangements in relation to a potential capital raising. The trading halt is requested until an announcement is made to the market in relation to the details of the proposed capital raising are determined or the commencement of trading on 10 May 2021, whichever is earlier.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the Trading Halt should not be granted.
