EXTENSION OF CLOSING DATE – PRO-RATA ENTITLEMENT OFFER
On 10 May 2021 Australian Rural Capital Limited ( the Company ) (ASX code: ARC) announced a ProRata Non-Renounceable Entitlement Offer to eligible shareholders to raise up to approximately $3.127 million before costs ( Offer ).
The closing date for the Offer is now 5.00pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 2 June 2021.
The extension of the closing date, originally 28 May 2021, will allow eligible shareholders additional time to consider participation in the Offer.
The revised timetable for the remaining dates is set out below:
