EXTENSION OF CLOSING DATE – PRO-RATA ENTITLEMENT OFFER
On 10 May 2021 Australian Rural Capital Limited ( the Company ) (ASX code: ARC) announced a ProRata Non-Renounceable Entitlement Offer to eligible shareholders to raise up to approximately $3.127 million before costs ( Offer ).
The closing date for the Offer is now 5.00pm (AEST) on Monday, 7 June 2021.
The extension of the closing date, originally 28 May 2021 and previously extended to 2 June 2021, will allow eligible shareholders additional time to consider participation in the Offer.
The revised timetable for the remaining dates is set out below:
