CORRECTION TO ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
Australian Rural Capital Limited ( the Company ) (ASX code: ARC) advises of a correction to the announcement released on Friday, 28 May 2021 in relation to the extension of closing date of the prorata Entitlement Offer.
The date listed for Issue of New Shares under the Entitlement Offer has been amended to 15 June 2021 and the date of normal trading of New Shares has been amended to 16 June 2021. The amended events have been reflected in the revised table below:
