UPDATE ON KIDMAN TRANSACTION

Australian Rural Capital Limited ( ARC ) notes the statement made by the Treasurer today, released 29 April 2016 ( Statement ) regarding the preliminary decision of the foreign investment application for purchase of S Kidman & Co Ltd.

ARC is currently considering the information contained in the Statement with its joint bidder, Dakang Australia Holdings Pty Ltd (Dakang Australia), and these discussions continue.
