Change of Joint Company Secretary

The Board of Australian Rural Capital Limited (ASX:ARC) (the Company) wishes to advise in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1 that Mr Adam Sutherland of Mertons Corporate Services Pty Ltd (Mertons) has been appointed Joint Company Secretary of the Company following the retirement of Mr Christopher Lobb from this position. These changes take effect from today.

The Directors want to take this opportunity to acknowledge and thank Mr Lobb for his contribution towards the formation of ARC and wish Chris all the best for the future in retirement.

The Company is pleased to continue to work with Mertons and further advises that Mr Mark Licciardo remains as a Joint Company Secretary of the Company.
