ADDENDUM TO ORGANISATION STRUCTURE CHANGES

Australian Rural Capital Limited ( ARC , the Company ) refers to its announcement of 1 July 2016.

With reference to ASX Listing Rule 3.16.4, Wayne Massey’s remuneration as an Executive Director will be increased to $50,000 plus superannuation per annum. There are no other material changes to terms.
