ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE UPDATE – ANDREW BROWN RETIRES FROM BOARD

Australian Rural Capital Limited ( ARC or the Company ) advises that further to the announcements made on 1 July 2016 and 5 August 2016 respectively, Mr. Andrew Brown has stepped down as an executive director and joint company secretary of the Company, effective from today.

The Company’s Executive Chairman, Mr. James Jackson said today, “Andrew has made a significant contribution over the past two years to ARC, enabling initially a successful transition from the previous entity. In recent times Andrew has actively led the transition of finance and company secretarial matters to the new executive director responsible for finance, Mr. Wayne Massey and company secretarial responsibilities to our new Company Secretary, Mr. Chris Lobb. Andrew leaves with the Board’s best wishes for his future endeavors and we look forward to reporting to him on the Company’s progress in his capacity as a substantial shareholder in ARC”.
