DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT AND RETIREMENT

The Directors of Australian Rural Capital Limited ( ARC , the Company ) are delighted to announce that Darren Anderson has agreed to join the board, as a non-executive Director, commencing today.

Darren is a partner at the Brisbane legal firm of Broadley Rees Hogan and practises in the property industry. He has particular expertise in major acquisitions and disposals in residential, industrial and rural property, structured property development, due diligence and property finance arrangements. Darren holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Second Class Honours) from the University of Queensland and is admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland .

We welcome Darren to the board and look forward to benefitting from his significant legal expertise and commercial experience gained over the past 27 years, which we believe will further assist the development of the Company.

As pre-empted in the Chairman’s letter to shareholders on 4 February 2015, Paul Young has today retired from the board of ARC. Paul has been a Director of the Company for twelve years and chaired ARC’s predecessor company from October 2006 until September 2014.

Paul has provided valuable insight and advice through his period as a Director, and retains a connection with ARC as a substantial shareholder in the Company. The Company sincerely thanks Paul for all of his efforts and contributions over the term of his service.
