APPOINTMENT OF AUDITOR

Australian Rural Capital Limited ( ARC or the Company ) advises that as approved by shareholders at the Company’s AGM held on 14 October 2016, Bentley’s Brisbane (Audit) Pty Ltd (“ Bentleys ”), having provided their consent to act, has been appointed the Company’s auditor.

This shareholder approval was subject to ASIC consent being received for the resignation of the Company’s existing auditor, BDO East Coast Partnership (“ BDO ”). As this consent has now been received, BDO has tendered its resignation and Bentleys becomes ARC’s new auditor, with effect from 14 October 2016.

The Company wishes to express its appreciation to BDO for its past services.
