Australian Rural Capital Limited – 2020 Annual General Meeting

Australian Rural Capital Limited ABN 52 001 746 710 (“ARC” or “the Company”) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held as a virtual meeting on Friday, 29 January 2021 at 11:00am (Queensland time)/12 noon (AEDT). Full details in respect of the AGM will be provided with the Notice of Meeting.

In accordance with the Company’s Constitution and Listing Rules, the closing time and date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director of ARC is 11:00am (Queensland time)/12 noon (AEDT) on Monday, 7 December 2020.
