Directors Dealings

The Remuneration Committee of Arbuthnot Banking Group (the "Company") has today, at its discretion under the Executive Share Option Scheme, granted 50,000 options to James Fleming, a Director of the Company.

The options are over the Company's ordinary shares of 1 pence each at a strike price of £11.85 per share. The options can be exercised between three and seven years from the date of the grant.
