Sale of shares in Secure Trust Bank PLC ("Secure Trust")

Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC ("the Company" or "the Group") announces that on 10 November 2021 it disposed of the Group's remaining holding of 399,538 ordinary shares of 40 pence each of Secure Trust, representing approximately 2.14 per cent of Secure Trust's issued share capital.  This sale raised proceeds of approximately £4.8m.
