The Company announces that on 29 and 30 December 2020 Nigel Boardman, a Non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 2,250 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Mr Boardman now holds 7,270 Ordinary Shares representing 0.05 per cent. of the Company's voting rights.
