Appointment of Nominated Adviser, NEX Exchange Corporate Adviser and Joint Broker

Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Grant Thornton UK LLP as Nominated Adviser and of Shore Capital as Joint Broker to the Company, alongside its existing Joint Broker, Numis Securities Limited.

The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Grant Thornton UK LLP as NEX Exchange Corporate Adviser to the Company in respect of its proposed admission to the NEX Exchange Growth Market.

All appointments are with immediate effect.
